I’ll use the gentle cycle.

Uh, basically, you wanna use one machine for all your whites.

And that would be your bras and your… underpant-y things.

嘘や隠し事がバレた時に使う表現です。
直訳すると「あなたは私を捕まえた。」で、「バレちゃった」の感覚がなんとなくわかりますね。
